How to e-file income tax grievance?

Filing taxes can be a tedious process for many. Unfortunately, the struggle doesn’t end there. Taxpayers can often face problems after filing the Income Tax Returns (ITR). Some might have queries while others might have complaints to file. To facilitate the process, the government of India launched the e-Nivaran scheme. The integrated online platform consolidates grievances received for E-filing, CPC-ITR, CPC-TDS among others. This paperless approach was adopted by the Income Tax department of India to ensure early resolution of the complaints and redressals.
